23 Now may the God of peace make you holy in every way, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ comes again. 24 God will make this happen, for he who calls you is faithful.
25 Dear brothers and sisters, pray for us.
26 Greet all the brothers and sisters with a sacred kiss.
27 I command you in the name of the Lord to read this letter to all the brothers and sisters.
28 May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

The peace of God is able to make us holy in every way! If I have the peace that passes all understanding that comes from God then I can be assured by the Holy Spirit that dwells inside of me that I am holy in God's sight.
I am wondering why Paul is praying for our whole spirit and soul and body to be kept blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ comes again? Does this mean that it is possible for us to not be blameless as Christians? Or is he praying for them to hold onto Jesus and deny their sinful nature so they will live by the Holy Spirit instead so that they will remain blameless... hmmm.

Notice that God makes us holy, not ourselves. Nothing I do could ever make me righteous, could ever fill that gap between me and God. And the beautiful thing is that God desired to fix our problem, and by doing that He became human. That is a truth that I hope will never stop blowing my mind.
