Day 7 - Ephesians 3:1-6

3 When I think of all this, I, Paul, a prisoner of Christ Jesus for the benefit of you Gentiles . . . 2 assuming, by the way, that you know God gave me the special responsibility of extending his grace to you Gentiles. 3 As I briefly wrote earlier, God himself revealed his mysterious plan to me. 4 As you read what I have written, you will understand my insight into this plan regarding Christ. 5 God did not reveal it to previous generations, but now by his Spirit he has revealed it to his holy apostles and prophets.

6 And this is God’s plan: Both Gentiles and Jews who believe the Good News share equally in the riches inherited by God’s children. Both are part of the same body, and both enjoy the promise of blessings because they belong to Christ Jesus.

Tori's Comments:

This paints a beautiful picture of the family that a church should represent, always serving each other in hope of what's to come.

Terrie's Comments:

God's plan is that EVERYONE WHO BELIEVES the GOOD NEWS share EQUALLY in the RICHES INHERITED by God's CHILDREN!!

We are all one!  Jesus Died to save EVERYONE.

Christmas time is so special because it reminds us of the time when Jesus came to complete the plan that was promised by God to Adam and Eve in the garden.  God's plan to reconcile everyone back to himself was finally coming to fruition!! It's no wonder why there was an angel choir to announce his birth!

  1. Last night Ashton climbed out of bed and asked me to read from his bible. We happened to flip it open to the birth story and geanology of Christ. Amazing to read the descendents of the line of Adam all the way through to Christ's birth! It was a good reminder that God is always faithful and always fulfills His promises even when we are faithless and filled with unbelief. Our God is incredible <3

  2. I Love that even in the genealogies I am shown something new about God.

Please keep all comments respectful. We want to remember that each of us is at a different place in our walk with God. This is a place for us to share openly about what has been revealed to us as we open up Gods word and to learn from others. Please take every opportunity possible to build each other up in love :-)
